Cloud Program Leader

Role Summary:

The Cloud Program Leader will oversee and manage large-scale cloud strategies and implementation initiatives. This role requires expertise in cloud governance, compliance, and program management, with a focus on driving innovation and organic growth within government contracting environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to execute cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cloud strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead large-scale cloud programs using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as FedRAMP, HIPAA, GDPR, and CMMC.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Provide technical leadership on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Serve as a Product Owner for Agile/SCRUM processes, including backlog management.
• Lead vendor management and performance tracking.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining alignment with business priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP Certification is required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in cloud strategy and governance.
• 5+ years managing cloud platform solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• 5+ years in program management, overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations (FedRAMP, GDPR, CMMC).
• Experience with stakeholder management, budgeting, and cloud migrations.
• Proficiency in software development lifecycles and cloud security frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Clearance:

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
